These terms explain how to use the SwagStreak website and what happens when you request a merchandise quote.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting a form requests a conversation and a quote. It does not place an order, reserve stock or authorise a payment. A confirmation means your enquiry has been received for review. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

Product images and specifications

Website images illustrate possible branding and pack arrangements. Colours, proportions and decoration can vary between screen previews and physical products. The product specification, contents, packaging, decoration method and artwork must be confirmed in your written quote and approval before production.

Pricing and delivery

Final prices depend on the products, quantities, decoration, packaging and delivery requirements. The written quote should identify the currency, applicable taxes, delivery charges, any other charges and its validity period. Delivery estimates depend on the agreed specification, artwork approval, availability and destination. Tell us about essential deadlines before approving an order.

Approving an order

Before ordering, review the written quote, artwork proof, quantities, sizes, delivery details, payment schedule and any separate order terms. An order proceeds only when the parties have agreed those details and the required approval and payment steps have been completed. Any cancellation, change or refund arrangements must be confirmed as part of that agreement.

Your artwork and materials

Only provide logos, designs and other materials that you are authorised to use. Supplying them allows us to use them to prepare your requested quote, proofs and agreed merchandise. You retain your rights in your own materials.

Using this website

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit misleading enquiries, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or upload material that infringes another person’s rights. SwagStreak branding and website content must not be reused commercially without permission.

Questions and issues

If you spot an error or have a concern about an enquiry or order, contact our team with enough detail for us to investigate. Avoid sending payment-card details through the contact form. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
