Privacy notice
Updated 30 September 2026
This notice explains how SwagStreak handles information when you browse our website, request a quote or contact our team.
Contact and privacy enquiries
For questions about your information or to exercise your privacy rights, use our privacy contact form. You can also reply to an existing message from our team. Please do not include identification documents or sensitive personal information in your initial request.
Information we collect
Enquiries include your name, email, delivery country, selected products and any quantities or comments you provide. You may also choose to supply a company, telephone number, budget, deadline or branding preferences. The contact form collects your name, email, topic and message. Our hosting and form services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, prepare quotes and take steps towards an order you request. Where these steps relate to a contract with you, that is our legal basis. When you contact us on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and maintaining customer relationships. We also use information as needed for security, preventing abuse, resolving issues and meeting legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Services that process information
We use Vercel to host this website and Cloudflare for bot protection and to receive and store form submissions, and Resend to deliver enquiry notifications. Enquiry notifications are delivered through email services so our team can respond. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google. Relevant information may be shared with service providers where necessary to arrange an approved order or meet legal obligations.
Service providers may process information in countries outside your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Their published privacy information explains their processing and international transfer arrangements: Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend and Google.
Session replay and heatmaps
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling, navigation and usability issues. Clarity reconstructs website interactions; it does not record your camera, microphone or other applications. We mask enquiry forms, their summaries, confirmation messages and error alerts before loading Clarity. We do not send names or email addresses as custom identifiers.
Clarity is configured with analytics and advertising storage denied, without a consent banner. It may collect cookieless interaction data, page URLs, referrer and technical device information. Multi-page recordings and other features can be limited in this mode. Microsoft processes this data through its Clarity service; recordings are normally retained for 30 days, although favourites or other retention features can extend this. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement. The disable-analytics control below also prevents Clarity from loading on subsequent page loads in this browser. Previous explicit refusals are respected.
Website measurement
We automatically load our Railway-hosted Plausible analytics and Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, device information, engagement and quote activity. There is no consent popup. Browsing this site is not treated as an explicit consent choice.
Plausible does not set analytics cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies, including _ga and _ga_* cookies, to distinguish browsers and sessions and measure engagement and conversions. We configure Google Analytics cookie lifetime to 180 days. Google Signals and personalised advertising are disabled. Our Google Analytics property is linked to Google Ads. Technical requests can include your IP address and browser information; we exclude form contents and advertising click identifiers from the page URLs sent by our integration. We use Microsoft Clarity for masked session replays and heatmaps as described below.
We record quote clicks, form starts, errors and confirmed submissions without sending names, emails, telephone numbers or enquiry messages as event properties. Previous explicit refusals are respected. You can disable future measurement in this browser below. This choice is saved in local storage and does not delete earlier data.
See Google’s information about partner sites and Plausible’s data policy. Our Plausible instance is hosted by Railway and its dashboard is private.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on whether an enquiry is active, becomes an order, is needed to resolve an issue, or must be kept to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of enquiry information; we will explain if any records need to be retained. Draft information saved in your browser is described in our cookies and storage notice.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can complain to your local data protection authority; in Ireland, this is the Data Protection Commission.
Optional details and updates
Optional fields can be left blank. We need a reply address and enough information to handle your request. This notice may change when the website or the way we handle information changes; the revision date appears above.
